Interest on 10-yr Italian bond drops to lowest since May (ANSA) – Rome, November 1 – The interest rate on 10-year Italian BTP bonds fell to its lowest level since late May on Friday.

The yield on the 10-year BTP dropped to 4.08% after starting the day at 4.12%.

The fall helped the spread between the BTP and the benchmark German bund, a key indicator of investor confidence in Italy, to 239 basis points, after it started the day at over 245 points.
